Sweeping, grand in scale and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography.

As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.

You will have the entire house and property to yourself, including the converted garage.

Neighborhood

Monument Manor is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Joshua Tree area given its immediate proximity to the park and breathtaking vistas of the area’s signature Craggy Mountains and desert plants.

When you’re ready for some outdoor adventure, Joshua Tree National Park’s West Entrance is just 2 minutes away by car.

Searching for great eats, drinks, shops, and things to do? Here are a few recommendations in Joshua Tree Village, a 5-minute drive away:

• Marvel at the handiwork at the World Famous Crochet Museum

Transit

Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.

• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.

HouseRules

VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN REAL PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. YOUR USE IS LIMITED TO THAT DEFINED HEREIN.

• The number of people on the property may not exceed the number of guests in your reservation confirmation plus two (regardless of whether they are staying the night or just visiting). Additional guest fees starting at $65 per person per night will apply for any unauthorized persons.

• Your sole right to access the property begins with the 3PM check-in and ends at the 11AM check-out, unless other times are approved in writing in advance. Check-in is not allowed after 9PM unless approved in advance. We will charge 50% of the daily rate for an unauthorized early arrival or late check-out.

• Dogs are allowed with prior written permission, with the payment of an additional cleaning fee, and only at certain properties. No other pets or animals are allowed. Dog owners agree to the following additional rules: use protective sheets that we will leave out for you to cover any place where your dog may lie (we are not equipped to shampoo furniture or rugs or dry clean bedding after your departure); dogs must be leashed at all times when outside (there are coyotes in the High Desert, which present danger to unleashed dogs) and owners must immediately pick up after their dogs and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage bin; dogs are not to be left unattended in the property at any time. In addition to our additional dog cleaning fee, we will deduct the costs of extra cleaning (including at least $50 for pet fur left on furniture due to lack of use of the provided protective sheets) or repairs necessitated by the presence of your dog.

• Recreational vehicles, motorcycles and camping or other overnight accommodations outside the property are not allowed. Violations of this policy will result in termination of the reservation with no refund.

• We do not guarantee the speed or availability of internet service. Internet service may be provided by a satellite and/or wireless provider and may be subject to more fluctuations and outages than you may be used to and we do not provide refunds or discounts due to internet problems. No illegal or abusive use of the internet access is allowed. Guests may log in to their personal accounts on any devices at the property (e.g. smart TVs), but guests are responsible for logging out of all personal accounts prior to leaving the property and we are not responsible for any use or purchase made on guest accounts.

• Cell service may not be available at the property due to the rural nature and geography of the area.

• The High Desert occasionally has power outages due to its rural nature. We are not responsible for any outages of Southern California Edison or any inconvenience such outage may cause. We will notify you of any planned outages and if requested will attempt to accommodate you elsewhere in the event of a planned outage lasting more than 4 hours. But we do not provide refunds or discounts for power outages that are unplanned.

• No photoshoots are allowed on the property without prior written approval and the payment of additional fees. Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and / or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is not permitted and we will seek to have any use removed.

• Special events such as weddings and parties are not permitted without written approval and the payment of additional fees.

• Guests who utilize a property’s hot tub, pools and/or plunge pool do so at their own risk and we are not liable for any personal injury or other damages associated with such use. Guests may not use glass or pottery glassware, plates, etc. in or anywhere near any such water amenity. If any glass or pottery ware is broken in or near a water amenity, you will be charged the full amount to drain and refill the amenity and for any lost revenue during such service. Guests may not leave minors unattended at any hot tub, pool or plunge pool. If a water amenity is left uncovered, you will be charged a minimum of $100 for additional cleaning/filling/heating.
No lifeguard is on duty; the primary guest on the reservation is responsible for the safe operation of the pool and for the safety of any persons using the pool; by utilizing any pool or spa all guests acknowledge and accept the risk of injury resulting from use of the pool, malfunction of pool equipment, tripping or falling around the pool/spa and any other injuries that may occur and waive all claims against the homeowner or its representatives including Homestead Modern LLC.

• Guests shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the property for landscaping and routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs and building inspections, and pool and hot tub repairs and service.

• If for any reason beyond the control of the owner, the property is unavailable, we may cancel your reservation with only a refund to the actual fees and / or deposits you have paid.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Please dispose of your extinguished cigarette waste into a plastic bag and then into the outdoor

garbage can. Do not leave cigarette waste on the grounds. If these rules are violated, we will charge a minimum of $250.

• Propane firepits or fireplaces may not be used for burning wood or any other materials (it is illegal pursuant to a county ordinance and may damage the fixture). If any combustible materials are burned in them, we will charge a minimum of $500 cleaning fee.

• By making your reservation, you confirm that you will comply with (and your stay is allowed by) any applicable health or safety orders from the State of California.

• Firearms are not allowed on the property.

• Local ordinances prohibit any loud, excessive, or intrusive noise that disturbs the peace or that causes discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person at any time as well as strict quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM. You must adhere to these rules.

• Please pay attention to all relevant short-term rental ordinances and other regulations (such as the noise ordinance above) in accordance with county or town guidelines. If you violate any ordinance and as a result the property is fined, you will be responsible for payment of the fine plus a $500 administrative fee.

• Payments are due 50% at 60 days before check-in and 50% at 30 days before check-in (or at the time of reservation if less than the days for either payment).

• A deposit is required at the time of booking and any unused portion will be returned 7 days after checkout. Bookings may include an accidental damage protection fee – with payment of this non-refundable fee, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $1000 and that you report to us during your stay. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.

• We may withhold all or part of your deposit if you fail to follow the rules in this agreement, the property listing or the property house manual. If the cost of the damages, losses, or missing items exceed the amount of the deposit, we will bill your credit card for the difference and / or pursue legal action. Cause(s) for withholding deposit funds include, but are not limited to: damage to premises or contents, missing or broken items, lost keys, required excessive cleaning, not complying fully with the departure checklist, smoke odors or damage, mailing charges for items left behind, unauthorized persons visiting or staying on the property, the presence of a dog without authorization, noise complaints after 10PM, including fines, trespassing on neighboring properties, violation of any county or town rules and unauthorized late check-out.

• We are not responsible for any personal injury or personal property loss or damage that you or your guests may incur while at the property, you assume all risks associated with your visit and will hold the property owner and manager harmless from any injuries, loss or damage.

If you want a peaceful getaway that will exceed your expectations or want a great place with easy access to Joshua Tree National park, this is your place. The exterior of this house hides a cozy and roomy interior with everything you would need, luxury beds, and an amazing scenic and private back yard. Roadrunners, quails, cotton tail rabbits, desert birds, and coyotes were some of the visitors we saw. The house is less than 10min to the JTNC entrance making it the perfect basecamp for exploring. Truly a gem in Joshua tree.

We have been using AirBnB for 14+ years and been coming yo Joshua Tree everywhere for 10 years and this rental was undoubtedly the absolute all around best! We booked to return before we even checked out. If you’re coming to Joshua Tree to experience the magic of the desert in a wonderfully clean, private, extremely comfortable and perfectly equipped home— look no further. With bunny rabbits outside out the door at sunrise, sunsets in the hot tub and incredible hiking right from the home, Park Place checked every box. I also cannot recommend Modern Homestead more highly. This was our second time renting one of their properties and their customer support, hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched. The beds are so cozy! Lastly, as someone who is severely fragrance/chemically sensitive I was so grateful to walk into this home and smell absolutely nothing! No air fresheners, perfumed towels or bedding. We cannot wait to return!

This place is a gem! Probably one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed. Don’t hesitate to book this place! It’s right on the border of the national park so it’s very private with gorgeous views. It’s even better than photos can capture. The amenities outside like the fire pit and hot tub were perfect at night. We saw so many shooting stars. The interior is cute and has a cozy fireplace. They also have a lot of the basics for cooking like spices, cookware and utensils. Would definitely come back to stay at this spot again!

My stay here was amazing. The location, and privacy was perfect. I spent every day in the park and this home allowed such quick and easy access that I really got more time than expected. The backyard is the National Park which had some primitive trails that led to some spectacular views after some minor bouldering. The jacuzzi was clean. The house had great air conditioning. This is one of those locations where you don’t want to share because you want to keep this gem all to yourself. The location is absolutely peaceful and stunning and while the house has a little bit of added charm the refreshed touches are thoughtfully curated. We appreciated having plenty of shade from the late May heat and a pool dip to refresh in. We found Park Place last minute after our hotel booking fell through for our long weekend in Joshua Tree. We are so glad we found this place. It made our experience at Joshua Tree so much more memorable and we really felt like we were immersed in the dessert vibe here. It was great to be so close to the park entrance and we also took advantage of the beautiful surroundings, relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking and laying out on the rocks at night stargazing. The view out of the master bedroom is incredible and the second bedroom was perfect for our 2 kids. What can I say - the pictures don't do it justice and if you are considering booking don't hesitate just do it. Was amazing to hike and scamper right out behind the house, and totally private location. The park is just a five minute drive from the property so we were able to get out early and ahead of the lines to get into the park. The hot tub and cold plunge were great after days spent hiking. Great for a family of 4 or 5 or even for a romantic couples getaway. We will be back!

Park Place is a beautiful spot. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere is there as soon as you drive up. From every window there is a mesmerizing view of the sky meeting the rocks. We enjoyed watching the bird life and rabbits having their daily dining. Everything in the house was as pictured and described. We had a delicious meal at Kitchen in the Desert in 29 palms. We enjoyed hikes at Black Mountain Canyon and Pioneertown Mountain preserve. Both were challenging with fantastic views. Hope anyone looking will consider this place!!

I booked this amazing property as a surprise for my husband and his two best friends for his 50th birthday. It was perfect! It gave them seclusion, privacy, direct access to the park, yet still close to town if they needed to grab supplies/food. It was nestled right in nature, boulders surrounding the property, hiking right out the back door. The hot tub was the perfect ending to long days of hiking, staring up at the stars. The cowboy pool and outdoor shower were closed for the winter, but would be a fun addition in the warmer months. The outside of the house is very unassuming, doesn’t look like much. But then you walk inside, and the decor is clean, simple, and beautiful. Everything felt very clean, and the host was very helpful in bringing in an extra rollaway bed so the guys didn’t have to share beds. The fire pit was also a wonderful place to relax at night, where the guys enjoyed great conversation surrounded by nature. And they LOVED the game room! Thanks again for everything!

The experience I had at this home was indedescribable.... unlike any place I've ever been. Period. Tastefully decorated, full amenities plus thoughtful touches (like the bottle of wine waiting for us, a leash and pet bags for my dog), high quality furniture and appliances, and spotless--- even the ceiling beams did not have the tiniest bit of dust. What stands out though, is the LOCATION. It's private, yet not too remote to make it uncomfortable. It's QUIET. Never have I experienced such silence. The VIEW------ it left me speechless. Nearly the entire east side of the house from wall to wall is made of windows, and with the most incredible scenery. It's almost like the perfect postcard in nearly every direction-- it could not have been any better, and I have zero complaints about the home, the property as a whole, and Modern Homestead who was a fantastic host. Great property with amazing views. The window in the main bedroom literally feels like it's a picture it's so beautiful. So close to Joshua Tree and with great amenities including the hot tub, plunge pool, BBQ, and kitchen full of everything you need including even things like oil, some spices, salt, pepper, etc. So private as well with only one property that's anywhere near but they would have to deliberately make a big effort to see anything. We would definitely stay there again if we were back in the area.

The house is great and it is very close to the west entrance to Joshua Tree. Since the daytime weather was really hot and hiking was tough after 10am, we spent a lot of the time on the back porch of the house where there was a nice breeze and a very tranquil setting. We had one problem with the speaker and someone came over the next day and replaced. That was great. The wifi is pretty spotty and I wouldn't suggest that it is easy to do work in the house if you need video conferencing like Zoom. The park itself is amazing and well worth the traffic from LAX to the house. I'd recommend flying into Palm Springs, about an hour away, to avoid LA traffic. All in all, I'd heartily recommend this Homestead Modern house!

I booked this place mostly based on its location and it didn't disappoint. It's minutes from the park entrance and you can also enter the park from the property itself or just lay around on all the surrounding boulders. The view from the primary bedroom is pretty spectacular. The house: The space is very clean and the beds were comfortable. The living spaces are pleasant to look at but if I was staying longer it would have been nice for the furniture to be more comfortable. Everything was a bit stiff. Unfortunately the fireplace and the speaker didn't work the night we got in and the very friendly handyman wasn't able to come until late the second night. The kitchen only had 2 wine glasses for a house that sleeps 4. Small things but since we were celebrating were a little unfortunate. Overall, I would recommend this place as the location is very magical and it was generally a comfortable stay.

My husband and I wanted a peaceful weekend in Joshua Tree, we wanted privacy and something closer to the park, and this cabin was exactly that! It really is the last cabin closest to the park. The location & surroundings were even more beautiful in person! The master bedroom window looked like a massive painting of the Joshua Tree Park Landscape. The cabin was very simple and unassuming from the outside, with simple and clean decor on the inside, and all of the basic amenities that you need at an Air BnB. We loved the property so much that we only left it to go hiking in the park for a few hours, we ate all of our meals at the house. We enjoyed the Cowboy Pool, we explored East of the property into the park on foot, we watched sunset on the back porch with all the birds and bunnies, we watched the full moon rise over the park and finished the evening in the hot tub. It was perfect in every way, we can't wait to go back again!

We love the peace and tranquillity of relaxing in Joshua Tree. This cabin is definitely the most relaxing and peaceful home we have stayed in there so far and will definitely be staying there multiple times a year from now on. Super clean and beautiful home. If you want a peaceful getaway that will exceed your expectations or want a great place with easy access to Joshua Tree National park, this is your place. The exterior of this house hides a cozy and roomy interior with everything you would need, luxury beds, and an amazing scenic and private back yard. Roadrunners, quails, cotton tail rabbits, desert birds, and coyotes were some of the visitors we saw. The house is less than 10min to the JTNC entrance making it the perfect basecamp for exploring. We have been using AirBnB for 14+ years and been coming yo Joshua Tree everywhere for 10 years and this rental was undoubtedly the absolute all around best! We booked to return before we even checked out. If you’re coming to Joshua Tree to experience the magic of the desert in a wonderfully clean, private, extremely comfortable and perfectly equipped home— look no further. With bunny rabbits outside out the door at sunrise, sunsets in the hot tub and incredible hiking right from the home, Park Place checked every box. I also cannot recommend Modern Homestead more highly. This was our second time renting one of their properties and their customer support, hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched. The beds are so cozy! Lastly, as someone who is severely fragrance/chemically sensitive I was so grateful to walk into this home and smell absolutely nothing! No air fresheners, perfumed towels or bedding. We cannot wait to return!

This is a lovely home located on the edge of Joshua Tree National Park with truly amazing views and a calming and spacious interior. The home had everything we needed for a week’s stay, and it is a perfect location to enjoy the park. With a short drive to the town of Joshua Tree, there’s plenty of vintage, gift shops and coffee shops close by. Loved it all!

Don’t hesitate to book this place! It’s right on the border of the national park so it’s very private with gorgeous views. It’s even better than photos can capture. The amenities outside like the fire pit and hot tub were perfect at night. We saw so many shooting stars. The interior is cute and has a cozy fireplace. They also have a lot of the basics for cooking like spices, cookware and utensils. Would definitely come back to stay at this spot again!

My stay here was amazing. The location, and privacy was perfect. I spent every day in the park and this home allowed such quick and easy access that I really got more time than expected. The home was clean, super comfortable and appointed beautifully. The yard was great, and the hot tub /pool was nice after a full day of hiking. Owners are super responsive and friendly. The backyard is the National Park which had some primitive trails that led to some spectacular views after some minor bouldering. The jacuzzi was clean. The house had great air conditioning. The house is at the end of the road and really only one neighbors house is slightly visible. The shaded patio was great for afternoon game time. You will enjoy your time regardless of the time of year you visit.

This is one of those locations where you don’t want to share because you want to keep this gem all to yourself. The location is absolutely peaceful and stunning and while the house has a little bit of added charm the refreshed touches are thoughtfully curated. We appreciated having plenty of shade from the late May heat and a pool dip to refresh in. It was also a great spot to work remote from with great internet and space for us both to spread out and not be in each other’s way. We will be staying here again!!! (And again)

What a beautiful home in utterly gorgeous surroundings! Spotless with lovely mid-century meets southwest decor, with every detail considered, down to the well stocked kitchen, game room, little lit paths throughout the property leading to the fire pit, hot tub. So close to the park you feel like you are in it already. We love Joshua Tree and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else for future visits.

We found Park Place last minute after our hotel booking fell through for our long weekend in Joshua Tree. We are so glad we found this place. It made our experience at Joshua Tree so much more memorable and we really felt like we were immersed in the dessert vibe here. The house was clean when we arrived and the host were very responsive to questions. It was great to be so close to the park entrance and we also took advantage of the beautiful surroundings, relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking and laying out on the rocks at night stargazing. The view out of the master bedroom is incredible and the second bedroom was perfect for our 2 kids. We even enjoyed a morning fire around the firepit each morning while the sun came up (we were on east coast time). All around incredible place and an great experience.

What can I say - the pictures don't do it justice and if you are considering booking don't hesitate just do it. Was amazing to hike and scamper right out behind the house, and totally private location. The park is just a five minute drive from the property so we were able to get out early and ahead of the lines to get into the park. The hot tub and cold plunge were great after days spent hiking. Great for a family of 4 or 5 or even for a romantic couples getaway. We will be back!

Park Place is a beautiful spot. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere is there as soon as you drive up. From every window there is a mesmerizing view of the sky meeting the rocks. We enjoyed watching the bird life and rabbits having their daily dining. Everything in the house was as pictured and described. We had a delicious meal at Kitchen in the Desert in 29 palms. We enjoyed hikes at Black Mountain Canyon and Pioneertown Mountain preserve. Both were challenging with fantastic views. Hope anyone looking will consider this place!!

I booked this amazing property as a surprise for my husband and his two best friends for his 50th birthday. It was perfect! It gave them seclusion, privacy, direct access to the park, yet still close to town if they needed to grab supplies/food. It was nestled right in nature, boulders surrounding the property, hiking right out the back door. The hot tub was the perfect ending to long days of hiking, staring up at the stars. The cowboy pool and outdoor shower were closed for the winter, but would be a fun addition in the warmer months. The outside of the house is very unassuming, doesn’t look like much. But then you walk inside, and the decor is clean, simple, and beautiful. Everything felt very clean, and the host was very helpful in bringing in an extra rollaway bed so the guys didn’t have to share beds. The fire pit was also a wonderful place to relax at night, where the guys enjoyed great conversation surrounded by nature. And they LOVED the game room! Thanks again for everything!

When we first arrived I was upset because the Wi-Fi was unstable and I wasn’t able to work on a project, BUT I’m so glad! Because then I slowed down and just enjoyed this magical space. The view is incredible and it changes with the light all day. Stargazing is amazing. The game room is fun. The house is clean. The primary bedroom bed is very comfortable. The experience I had at this home was indedescribable.... unlike any place I've ever been. Period. Tastefully decorated, full amenities plus thoughtful touches (like the bottle of wine waiting for us, a leash and pet bags for my dog), high quality furniture and appliances, and spotless--- even the ceiling beams did not have the tiniest bit of dust. What stands out though, is the LOCATION. It's private, yet not too remote to make it uncomfortable. It's QUIET. Never have I experienced such silence. The VIEW------ it left me speechless. Nearly the entire east side of the house from wall to wall is made of windows, and with the most incredible scenery. It's almost like the perfect postcard in nearly every direction-- it could not have been any better, and I have zero complaints about the home, the property as a whole, and Modern Homestead who was a fantastic host. If you are looking to party- this place is not for you. If you are searching tranquility, THIS is your place.

Great property with amazing views. The window in the main bedroom literally feels like it's a picture it's so beautiful. So close to Joshua Tree and with great amenities including the hot tub, plunge pool, BBQ, and kitchen full of everything you need including even things like oil, some spices, salt, pepper, etc. So private as well with only one property that's anywhere near but they would have to deliberately make a big effort to see anything. We would definitely stay there again if we were back in the area.

The house is great and it is very close to the west entrance to Joshua Tree. Since the daytime weather was really hot and hiking was tough after 10am, we spent a lot of the time on the back porch of the house where there was a nice breeze and a very tranquil setting. We had one problem with the speaker and someone came over the next day and replaced. That was great. The wifi is pretty spotty and I wouldn't suggest that it is easy to do work in the house if you need video conferencing like Zoom. The park itself is amazing and well worth the traffic from LAX to the house. I'd recommend flying into Palm Springs, about an hour away, to avoid LA traffic. All in all, I'd heartily recommend this Homestead Modern house!

I booked this place mostly based on its location and it didn't disappoint. It's minutes from the park entrance and you can also enter the park from the property itself or just lay around on all the surrounding boulders. The view from the primary bedroom is pretty spectacular. The house: The space is very clean and the beds were comfortable. The living spaces are pleasant to look at but if I was staying longer it would have been nice for the furniture to be more comfortable. Everything was a bit stiff. Unfortunately the fireplace and the speaker didn't work the night we got in and the very friendly handyman wasn't able to come until late the second night. The kitchen only had 2 wine glasses for a house that sleeps 4. Small things but since we were celebrating were a little unfortunate. Overall, I would recommend this place as the location is very magical and it was generally a comfortable stay.

My husband and I wanted a peaceful weekend in Joshua Tree, we wanted privacy and something closer to the park, and this cabin was exactly that! It really is the last cabin closest to the park. The location & surroundings were even more beautiful in person! The master bedroom window looked like a massive painting of the Joshua Tree Park Landscape. The cabin was very simple and unassuming from the outside, with simple and clean decor on the inside, and all of the basic amenities that you need at an Air BnB. We loved the property so much that we only left it to go hiking in the park for a few hours, we ate all of our meals at the house. We enjoyed the Cowboy Pool, we explored East of the property into the park on foot, we watched sunset on the back porch with all the birds and bunnies, we watched the full moon rise over the park and finished the evening in the hot tub. It was perfect in every way, we can't wait to go back again!

Unique experience and amaaaaaazing! two days’ stay wasn’t enough! We love the peace and tranquillity of relaxing in Joshua Tree. This cabin is definitely the most relaxing and peaceful home we have stayed in there so far and will definitely be staying there multiple times a year from now on. Super clean and beautiful home. Can not stress the importance of a comfortable bed and pillows, and this place had the most comfortable bed and pillows of any place we have stayed outside of our home. The best for resting and having a good nights sleep. The jacuzzi was amazing. We watched the stars in it the first night, and then used the cowboy tub in the sun the next afternoon. Soo amazing. The thoughtfulness of everything put into the cabin from the fireplace and chairs to watch the night sky to even a critter stick that they keep in the cowboy tub for animals to not get trapped in and have a way out, amazed us. Great vacation home! The house is clean,comfortable, and modern with beautiful views of the park throughout. The backyard is an amazing park like oasis filled with lots of different terrain, rocks, Joshua trees, wildlife! We saw a roadrunner, coyote, hares, tons of lizards, ravens, humming birds, quail, and lots of other birds during our stay! What a magical place in Joshua Tree! Our flight was delayed so we arrived at night and immediately took advantage of the hot tub under the stars…. And we were all mesmerized. And the views…. Out of the bedroom, kitchen and main room. They literally looks like photographs! My son and I enjoyed a sunrise rock scramble and walk into Joshua Tree. Did I mention it’s in the backyard? This place was far enough away from the hustle and bustle to recenter yourself and get back to basics! Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived.
