Kinetic art is art from any medium that contains movement perceivable by the viewer or that depends on motion for its effect. The moving parts are generally powered by wind, a motor or the observer. Kinetic art encompasses a wide variety of overlapping techniques and styles as you can see from the various selection of sculptures around the front and back of the house. The metal used in these sculptures were taken from the home's structure and built by the original owner of the house.

This house can comfortably sleep 4 guests between the 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and living area sits in the west side of the house and is separated from the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms by a barn door installation ensuring maximum privacy.

Joshua Tree and the communities surrounding the Joshua Tree National Park include Flamingo Heights, Pioneertown, Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, and Landers. –Joshua Tree National Park: 800,000 acres of mystical beauty - Joshua Tree National Park is one of the world’s most incredible natural desert treasures. Sweeping, grand in scale and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations. This quiet land, conducive to meditation and roaming, was carved by extremes in climate - wind, rain and an ever-present, relentless sun. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography.

–Pioneertown: Step back in time to thus rustic Old West-style village. Wander through the historic buildings, visit unique shops, catch a live music performance at Pappy & Harriets, and experience the Wild West charm.

* Cleaning Protocols *
As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.

Neighborhood

Kinetic House is situated in one of the most desirable neighborhoods "on the mesa" in Yucca Valley near the border of Joshua Tree. This perfect central location is only 15 minutes to the picturesque Joshua Tree National Park where you can rock climb over 8,000 established climbing routes, go hiking, horse-riding, join in on a ranger talk, go biking, stargazing or just pack your camera and capture the unique landscape and wildlife that the park has to offer.

Visit Pioneertown, a 1940’s Old West movie set where more than 50 films and TV series were shot. See the frontier stables, saloons, and jails while inside there was ice cream parlors, bowling alleys, and motels. More than 50 films and television shows were filmed at the town in the 1940s and ‘50s and is now home to live music, mock gun fights and delicious food at Pappy and Harriet’s Pioneertown Palace.

Head to the Yucca Valley Town with many small, unique shops filled with antiques and gift items, visit one-of-a-kind restaurants and drop into local cafés to get your latte or espresso with a homemade sandwich or croissant. Transit

Many roads in the high desert are dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

GPS is accurate, however please follow our turn-by-turn directions as some of the other approaches take you down fairly rough roads.

Notes

• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.

• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!

• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.

• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain

HouseRules

VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN REAL PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. YOUR USE IS LIMITED TO THAT DEFINED HEREIN.

• The number of people on the property may not exceed the number of guests in your reservation confirmation plus two (regardless of whether they are staying the night or just visiting). Additional guest fees starting at $65 per person per night will apply for any unauthorized persons.

• Your sole right to access the property begins with the 3PM check-in and ends at the 11AM check-out, unless other times are approved in writing in advance. Check-in is not allowed after 9PM unless approved in advance. We will charge 50% of the daily rate for an unauthorized early arrival or late check-out.

• Dogs are allowed with prior written permission, with the payment of an additional cleaning fee, and only at certain properties. No other pets or animals are allowed. Dog owners agree to the following additional rules: use protective sheets that we will leave out for you to cover any place where your dog may lie (we are not equipped to shampoo furniture or rugs or dry clean bedding after your departure); dogs must be leashed at all times when outside (there are coyotes in the High Desert, which present danger to unleashed dogs) and owners must immediately pick up after their dogs and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage bin; dogs are not to be left unattended in the property at any time. In addition to our additional dog cleaning fee, we will deduct the costs of extra cleaning (including at least $50 for pet fur left on furniture due to lack of use of the provided protective sheets) or repairs necessitated by the presence of your dog.

• Recreational vehicles, motorcycles and camping or other overnight accommodations outside the property are not allowed. Violations of this policy will result in termination of the reservation with no refund.

• We do not guarantee the speed or availability of internet service. Internet service may be provided by a satellite and/or wireless provider and may be subject to more fluctuations and outages than you may be used to and we do not provide refunds or discounts due to internet problems. No illegal or abusive use of the internet access is allowed. Guests may log in to their personal accounts on any devices at the property (e.g. smart TVs), but guests are responsible for logging out of all personal accounts prior to leaving the property and we are not responsible for any use or purchase made on guest accounts.

• Cell service may not be available at the property due to the rural nature and geography of the area.

• The High Desert occasionally has power outages due to its rural nature. We are not responsible for any outages of Southern California Edison or any inconvenience such outage may cause. We will notify you of any planned outages and if requested will attempt to accommodate you elsewhere in the event of a planned outage lasting more than 4 hours. But we do not provide refunds or discounts for power outages that are unplanned.

• No photoshoots are allowed on the property without prior written approval and the payment of additional fees. Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and / or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is not permitted and we will seek to have any use removed.

• Special events such as weddings and parties are not permitted without written approval and the payment of additional fees.

• Guests who utilize a property’s hot tub, pools and/or plunge pool do so at their own risk and we are not liable for any personal injury or other damages associated with such use. Guests may not use glass or pottery glassware, plates, etc. in or anywhere near any such water amenity. If any glass or pottery ware is broken in or near a water amenity, you will be charged the full amount to drain and refill the amenity and for any lost revenue during such service. Guests may not leave minors unattended at any hot tub, pool or plunge pool. If a water amenity is left uncovered, you will be charged a minimum of $100 for additional cleaning/filling/heating.
No lifeguard is on duty; the primary guest on the reservation is responsible for the safe operation of the pool and for the safety of any persons using the pool; by utilizing any pool or spa all guests acknowledge and accept the risk of injury resulting from use of the pool, malfunction of pool equipment, tripping or falling around the pool/spa and any other injuries that may occur and waive all claims against the homeowner or its representatives including Homestead Modern LLC.

• Guests shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the property for landscaping and routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs and building inspections, and pool and hot tub repairs and service.

• If for any reason beyond the control of the owner, the property is unavailable, we may cancel your reservation with only a refund to the actual fees and / or deposits you have paid.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Please dispose of your extinguished cigarette waste into a plastic bag and then into the outdoor

garbage can. Do not leave cigarette waste on the grounds. If these rules are violated, we will charge a minimum of $250.

• Propane firepits or fireplaces may not be used for burning wood or any other materials (it is illegal pursuant to a county ordinance and may damage the fixture). If any combustible materials are burned in them, we will charge a minimum of $500 cleaning fee.

• By making your reservation, you confirm that you will comply with (and your stay is allowed by) any applicable health or safety orders from the State of California.

• Firearms are not allowed on the property.

• Local ordinances prohibit any loud, excessive, or intrusive noise that disturbs the peace or that causes discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person at any time as well as strict quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM. You must adhere to these rules.

• Please pay attention to all relevant short-term rental ordinances and other regulations (such as the noise ordinance above) in accordance with county or town guidelines. If you violate any ordinance and as a result the property is fined, you will be responsible for payment of the fine plus a $500 administrative fee.

• Payments are due 50% at 60 days before check-in and 50% at 30 days before check-in (or at the time of reservation if less than the days for either payment).

• A deposit is required at the time of booking and any unused portion will be returned 7 days after checkout. Bookings may include an accidental damage protection fee – with payment of this non-refundable fee, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $1000 and that you report to us during your stay. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.

• We may withhold all or part of your deposit if you fail to follow the rules in this agreement, the property listing or the property house manual. If the cost of the damages, losses, or missing items exceed the amount of the deposit, we will bill your credit card for the difference and / or pursue legal action. Cause(s) for withholding deposit funds include, but are not limited to: damage to premises or contents, missing or broken items, lost keys, required excessive cleaning, not complying fully with the departure checklist, smoke odors or damage, mailing charges for items left behind, unauthorized persons visiting or staying on the property, the presence of a dog without authorization, noise complaints after 10PM, including fines, trespassing on neighboring properties, violation of any county or town rules and unauthorized late check-out.

• We are not responsible for any personal injury or personal property loss or damage that you or your guests may incur while at the property, you assume all risks associated with your visit and will hold the property owner and manager harmless from any injuries, loss or damage.

We had a very relaxing stay. Loved the sunrise views - my husband got up at dawn to take in the morning sky from the hot tub and cherished every moment. I stayed warm in the very comfortable bed - i may have to ask the brand to procure it for our next house. We were lucky enough to see roadrunners, coyotes, and a hawk during our week’s stay. Terrific Yucca Valley experience.

The house was very nice and the a/c saved our lives in the 3-digit temperature. The views are amazing and we were lucky to see roadrunners and quail pass through the property. The only issue we had was that one of the showers seemed clogged and would not drain water quick enough to enjoy a full shower. Other than that we all had a blast. This place is very accommodating to pets, even provided a dog bed and extra poop-bags. Great place for star gazing and relaxing in the sun or jacuzzi.

Our stay at Homestead Modern was more than lovely! The space had absolutely everything you needed and was decorated so beautifully, we felt right at home. Our favorite part was the stunning view and outdoor amenities! Even though you could overlook the town below (was still a fair distance away), it felt as if you were so far from it because of the quiet and peacefulness. The beds were also very comfy which is always a plus. The hottub and pool were amazing to cool off during the day, and the sky has incredible at night—saw so many shooting stars! We would 10/10 come back and stay here again.

We just left sadly! What a beautiful and clean place! We enjoyed every minutes we spent there! The house is exactly as described! Everything was super clean and all instructions super clear! The location is great, only 15 min drive from JTNP west entrance, 13 minutes drive from Pioneertown and 20 min drive from Twentynine Palm! The area is super safe! The cowboy pool is perfect for a refresh and the hot tub is amazing during the evening! We will come back for sure!

We were looking for a quiet place, great views and easy access to the Park, grocery stores, etc., that this home did not disappoint. The views from inside the home were spectacular, the jacuzzi at night offered outstanding view of the stars. The kitchen had everything we need, was clean and nicely outfitted and it ended up being more fun to cook and eat at home versus going out to eat. What a charming place to spend a long weekend! The home was cozy, clean, and well-equipped for anything you'd need to enjoy a peaceful few days in the desert. Hi Tim, We were a little confused by this, as the recycling you mentioned was the neighbors across the way and there is a light switch right next to the motion sensored one for the bathroom lights that you seemed to be the first guest to ever miss. We do feel horrible that the lint trap was full in the dryer, but that was the only cleaning issue you mentioned and we will make sure and not miss that on future stays! We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered regarding the noise from the construction next door, but it does appear as if it was the neighbor doing a single project and that has concluded. We strive to make our guests as comfortable as possible despite these challenges we can't control, so we are so sorry it wasn't perfect for you but hope that no future guests experience this.

Stunning and beautiful just like all the other HM homes! I’d also recommend Casa de Stella, Highlands Retreat, and Sky Vista for future stays. This was one of the best AirBNB's we've ever stayed in. The space was just as described- but so much more. The location is amazing. While you are very close to the entrance to Joshua Tree, large stores for supplies, and small unique shops to explore- the back yard feels like you are totally secluded in the desert. A perfect combination. The outdoor space is incredible- we saw Desert Quail, a road runner, Jack Rabbits, and other birds from the patio. The Joshua Trees on site are also spectacular. It was a little cool to use the tub/pool but it was an awesome amenity! The house itself has a great layout and design and was clean and welcoming. We were so sad to leave our temporary desert home- but will definitely come back to the area and will always try and stay here when we do as it was such a special place and great location.

We had a wonderful stay here! They were incredible with communication. They even catered exceptionally well for our dog with a bed, lint roller, blanket for the furniture and poop bags! The house inside was gorgeous. Very well thought out and felt so comfortable - I could easily live there. The hot tub is in a great spot where you can star gaze at night and mountain/valley views during the day. The town and main street are very visible but we just turned around and looked the other way and it was gorgeous. Neighbours are very close and in full view so at night it felt very private but during the day not so much. The road was very easy to get to, we have a Prius and were able to go on the dirt road with no problems. I would say if you have a lower car than that, to be careful as it is a very uneven surface. Overall, a really wonderful stay, I would recommend it to friends and family and would even stay again!

Top notch airbnb experience. My family of four (parents and two teenagers) stayed here and the space was perfect. Super clean and comfortable. We appreciated the proximity to the grocery store, vintage shops, restaurants, etc., and - most of all - easy access to Joshua Tree. We hiked during the day, came back to cook dinner at the house, and headed back to watch the sunset in the park. The weather was too cool for the cowboy pool, but the hot tub was lovely. We really appreciated the blankets by the door, which made stargazing on the lounge chairs cozy. We also enjoyed the board games and record player. This was the ideal home base for our trip. We rented an SUV and were glad to have it for the climb up to the house, but probably would have been just fine in a sedan. Highly recommend.

We were two couples out in the desert for a few days to hike. This place was perfect. Everything you need and nothing extra. Kitchen was great and the beds are SUPER comfortable. Awesome place to stay near Joshua Tree National Park! From start to finish, this was a great stay. The home is centrally located, spotlessly clean, and a joy to stay in. Inside and outside spaces were designed with relaxation in mind. We loved the fire pit and hot tub on cool desert evenings with the complementary bottle of wine that welcomed us. The city lights and stars were amazing. It was very private with no super close neighbors. The host was attentive and communication was effective. The home is about 15 minutes from the National Park entrance. We brought some fat tire ebikes and found several local trails to ride between the desert flora. There are many local fast food joints, but higher end places seem to only be open around weekends, so plan ahead if you’re going in mid week. We will definitely return!

We stayed here as 2 couples and one small baby. The photos and description are very accurate. The management company provided us with a pack n’ play, which was very helpful. The place was sparkling clean and we had everything we needed. The back deck does get very dark at night. They provide a small light to help with grilling, but we ended up needing our friend’s camping lantern to have enough light to cook after dark. We had one issue with the wrong information for how to plug the cowboy pool. Unfortunately I ended up digging around in the dirt for a plug that did not exist. It’s the green lever, for future guests! As previous guests noted, there is some light pollution from the town that becomes very noticeable when you’re in the hot tub. I wish the view faced a different direction, so if you’re looking to feel totally secluded, this isn’t quite the spot. But it was still very nice and we saw quail, rabbits, and even a tarantula! Overall, really nice place.

We stayed here for two nights and loved it so much! Would definitely recommend. The a/c works wonderfully so we had a cool escape from the desert heat! The cowboy pool was very refreshing and three of us were able to comfortably enjoy time cooling off in it. The hot tub was great for the evening when it cooled off. There are so many seating options outside to enjoy the view. The house does overlook the Main Street so there is some light pollution at night but nothing that would turn me away from staying again. We had a very relaxing stay. Loved the sunrise views - my husband got up at dawn to take in the morning sky from the hot tub and cherished every moment. The house was very nice and the a/c saved our lives in the 3-digit temperature. The views are amazing and we were lucky to see roadrunners and quail pass through the property. The only issue we had was that one of the showers seemed clogged and would not drain water quick enough to enjoy a full shower. Other than that we all had a blast. Our stay at Homestead Modern was more than lovely! The space had absolutely everything you needed and was decorated so beautifully, we felt right at home. Our favorite part was the stunning view and outdoor amenities! Even though you could overlook the town below (was still a fair distance away), it felt as if you were so far from it because of the quiet and peacefulness. The beds were also very comfy which is always a plus. The hottub and pool were amazing to cool off during the day, and the sky has incredible at night—saw so many shooting stars! We would 10/10 come back and stay here again.

We just left sadly! What a beautiful and clean place! We enjoyed every minutes we spent there! The house is exactly as described! Everything was super clean and all instructions super clear! The location is great, only 15 min drive from JTNP west entrance, 13 minutes drive from Pioneertown and 20 min drive from Twentynine Palm! The area is super safe! Absolutely stunning and peaceful property! Would definitely stay here again! We really enjoyed our stay here -- perfectly situated just up the hill in Yucca Valley, far enough so you don't get much road noise, but close enough so it's not inconvenient. We had a wonderful stay. The place was just as pictured — clean, secluded, quiet and serene. The house had everything we needed, such as kitchenware, towels, shampoo/body wash etc. We had a little mishap where we had an unscheduled maintenance come by but homestead remedied the inconvenience. We were looking for a quiet place, great views and easy access to the Park, grocery stores, etc., that this home did not disappoint. The views from inside the home were spectacular, the jacuzzi at night offered outstanding view of the stars. The kitchen had everything we need, was clean and nicely outfitted and it ended up being more fun to cook and eat at home versus going out to eat. We can't wait to come back to this home and use some of the others based on our experience and the customer-focused responsiveness.

What a charming place to spend a long weekend! The home was cozy, clean, and well-equipped for anything you'd need to enjoy a peaceful few days in the desert. It's off the beaten path enough to feel isolated, but also close enough to Yucca Valley that if you need any provisions or groceries you're not stuck in a pinch! Stunning and beautiful just like all the other HM homes! I’d also recommend Casa de Stella, Highlands Retreat, and Sky Vista for future stays. The backyard here with the seating/lounging and views are what made this particular trip extra peaceful for me. Lots of shaded areas to lounge as well. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Haus. Es war innen sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Lediglich die großen Scheiben bräuchten dringend mal eine Reinigung. Das Jacuzzi war äußerst sauber ebenfalls der Cowboypool mit großartigem Ausblick. Durch die Nachbarschaft fühlt man sich nicht allein und gibt ein wenig Sicherheit. Man ist jedoch durch den Abstand der Häuser für sich allein und viel Ruhe. Die Aussicht im Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend.

This was one of the best AirBNB's we've ever stayed in. The space was just as described- but so much more. The location is amazing. While you are very close to the entrance to Joshua Tree, large stores for supplies, and small unique shops to explore- the back yard feels like you are totally secluded in the desert. A perfect combination. The outdoor space is incredible- we saw Desert Quail, a road runner, Jack Rabbits, and other birds from the patio. The Joshua Trees on site are also spectacular. It was a little cool to use the tub/pool but it was an awesome amenity! The house itself has a great layout and design and was clean and welcoming. We were so sad to leave our temporary desert home- but will definitely come back to the area and will always try and stay here when we do as it was such a special place and great location.

We had a wonderful stay here! They were incredible with communication. They even catered exceptionally well for our dog with a bed, lint roller, blanket for the furniture and poop bags! The house inside was gorgeous. Very well thought out and felt so comfortable - I could easily live there. The hot tub is in a great spot where you can star gaze at night and mountain/valley views during the day. The town and main street are very visible but we just turned around and looked the other way and it was gorgeous. Neighbours are very close and in full view so at night it felt very private but during the day not so much. The road was very easy to get to, we have a Prius and were able to go on the dirt road with no problems. I would say if you have a lower car than that, to be careful as it is a very uneven surface. Overall, a really wonderful stay, I would recommend it to friends and family and would even stay again!

Top notch airbnb experience. My family of four (parents and two teenagers) stayed here and the space was perfect. Super clean and comfortable. We appreciated the proximity to the grocery store, vintage shops, restaurants, etc., and - most of all - easy access to Joshua Tree. We hiked during the day, came back to cook dinner at the house, and headed back to watch the sunset in the park. The weather was too cool for the cowboy pool, but the hot tub was lovely. We really appreciated the blankets by the door, which made stargazing on the lounge chairs cozy. We also enjoyed the board games and record player. This was the ideal home base for our trip. We rented an SUV and were glad to have it for the climb up to the house, but probably would have been just fine in a sedan. Highly recommend.

We were two couples out in the desert for a few days to hike. This place was perfect. Everything you need and nothing extra. Kitchen was great and the beds are SUPER comfortable. The backyard lounge area and hot tub space was great too. The short unpaved road to the house can be a little rutted out so drive carefully, especially if you're arriving in the dark as we did. I would stay here again for sure!

Great stay at this AirBnB! The home was beautifully decorated, we enjoyed meals on the patio, board games around the table, and the beds were SO comfortable. The light flooding into the home from the sunrise was so special. Do be aware this AirBnB has views of the main road and the big businesses there, so there's quite a bit of light pollution at night, so if you're seeking complete silence and the best place for stargazing in darkness, this may not be it, but the property and home were so lovely!!! Awesome place to stay near Joshua Tree National Park! From start to finish, this was a great stay. The home is centrally located, spotlessly clean, and a joy to stay in. Inside and outside spaces were designed with relaxation in mind. We loved the fire pit and hot tub on cool desert evenings with the complementary bottle of wine that welcomed us. The city lights and stars were amazing. It was very private with no super close neighbors. The host was attentive and communication was effective. The home is about 15 minutes from the National Park entrance. We brought some fat tire ebikes and found several local trails to ride between the desert flora. There are many local fast food joints, but higher end places seem to only be open around weekends, so plan ahead if you’re going in mid week. We will definitely return!

We stayed here as 2 couples and one small baby. The photos and description are very accurate. The management company provided us with a pack n’ play, which was very helpful. The place was sparkling clean and we had everything we needed. The back deck does get very dark at night. They provide a small light to help with grilling, but we ended up needing our friend’s camping lantern to have enough light to cook after dark. We had one issue with the wrong information for how to plug the cowboy pool. Unfortunately I ended up digging around in the dirt for a plug that did not exist. It’s the green lever, for future guests! As previous guests noted, there is some light pollution from the town that becomes very noticeable when you’re in the hot tub. I wish the view faced a different direction, so if you’re looking to feel totally secluded, this isn’t quite the spot. But it was still very nice and we saw quail, rabbits, and even a tarantula! Overall, really nice place.

We stayed here for two nights and loved it so much! Would definitely recommend. The a/c works wonderfully so we had a cool escape from the desert heat! The cowboy pool was very refreshing and three of us were able to comfortably enjoy time cooling off in it. The hot tub was great for the evening when it cooled off. There are so many seating options outside to enjoy the view. The house does overlook the Main Street so there is some light pollution at night but nothing that would turn me away from staying again. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked!! Hope to return!

Es war für uns wie in einer Traumoase. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Seelebaumeln lassen, mann kommt gut mit dem Auto hin. Wir waren 2 Nächte da und hätten am liebsten noch ein paar Tage dran gehängt. Whirlpool we der cowboy pool waren perfekt. Die gastgeber auch perfekt, schnelle Antwort und sind bemüht. Such a lovely stay! Looks EXACTLY like the pictures. Our host was super quick to respond to any questions we had during the stay. Fully equipped home. I love that they even have a cute set up for your furry friends if you decide to take one! My husband and I had a great stay at the property. Accommodations were comfortable and clean and the hosts were super responsive! We had a bit of a user error with the grill and they were very friendly and polite, even sent the property manager out on the holiday weekend to show us what we were doing wrong. I love how quaint this place is. My family had so much fun relaxing and just enjoying the house as much as we can. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. The house is clean and curated so well to make you feel at home. The only issue we ran into was the tv, no idea if it had cable, so we didn’t use any but it was not a big deal as our kids have their iPads and the Wi-Fi was pretty good.

This was our third Airbnb rental in This area and is hands down the best airbnb we have ever had the pleasure to vacation in, just lovely! Beautiful view made it extra special for our anniversary and birthday week. I brought my cooking spices but I could have left them home but you never know what your going to find in an airbnb. Loved the coffee press because I only drink one cup. Quiet, clean, comfortable and a beautiful view, very nice place to come back to after exploring the uniqueness of Joshua Tree. Management very responsive too which is a big plus!
