Homestead Modern Announces Fall High Desert Supper Club Events

We are excited to announce that this fall Homestead Modern will again be producing pop-up, chef-driven outdoor dinners at the home of our founder, Dave McAdam, in magical Gamma Gulch.

The events are designed to help introduce the remarkably diverse people who are now part of the High Desert (or who want to be) to each other — and to demonstrate that fine dining IS available here!

And once again Ryan Langsdorf will be our chef. Ryan is an alumnus of farm-to-table pioneer Chez Panisse of Berkeley and James Beard Award winning Pok Pok of Portland.

The next two Homestead Modern High Desert Supper Club events will be held on October 19 and November 16. Tickets are $100 per person and will be limited to 20 participants per event. Complimentary wines will be provided (with non-alcoholic options available).

Menus for both events are for omnivores, with vegetarian options (must be able to eat dairy, eggs and gluten) available upon request. We regret that no other dietary restrictions can be accommodated for these two events.

For our first dinner on Saturday, October 19, we will share a family style meal presenting three courses of California-French cooking.
